Our main innovation is to invite the delegation to participate in the direction of the actors before and during the sessions, known as Forum Theatre.

    Although we have offices in Nottingham, Newbury and Bradford (with training facilities), we regularly source suitable venues and have a large portfolio of hotels and conference centres to suit every size of group and meet any budget.

    Profilers

    We offer a range of profilers, including LIFO, MBTI and Social Styles that increase self-awareness and help individuals, teams and organisations capitalise on strengths and face up to limitations and cultural issues. They also provide any leader with a detailed picture of the 'motivational influences' for their team once the individuals have completed the profilers and the results analysed.

    Large library of material

    Over the last 25 years we have developed an enviable electronic library of learning material contained on our server which is constantly being updated and renewed. We have a wide range of subject matter from stress management techniques to step-by step guides on delivering a successful presentation.

    Over 80% of our courses are bespoke; designed to meet with a detailed and specific brief from the client.
