Why ILM?

We have worked with the ILM since they were formed in 2001 and prior to that we were a NEBS (National Examining Board for Supervision and Management) centre which was one of the companies which merged to create ILM. With such a long heritage with this awarding body we have formed a strong working relationship and annually receive glowing feedback as a result of the work we do.

We believe that gaining an ILM accreditation, personally or for your organisation will deliver the greatest return on investment. Every ILM qualification requires the student to apply what they have learnt back into the workplace, evidencing that they have understood and embedded the training but also considered how this information will be used to benefit the organisation commercially.

ILM qualifications are broken down into many units which all hold credit values and guided learning hours. Depending upon the level of qualification you wish to achieve, units are selected which would meet the required total credit value. On completion of the classroom based learning, students complete a work based assignment for each of the modules selected. For those attending an open course, the units are already selected based on the most commonly used skills.
