ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management

Accredited management training for new managers
The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management Qualification

One of the most popular accredited management training qualifications available, the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management is aimed at managers who have had little or no previous formal management training, and who wish to develop their managerial skills. It is particularly suitable for current team leaders who wish (or are required) to move up to the next level of management.

Our 3-day programme is made up of the units: Solving Problems & Making Decisions, Understanding Leadership and Understanding the Communication Process in the Workplace. Completing these units will give you the ideal skills to effectively manage and motivate those working for you.
