Managing Stress at Work
Do you manage, lead or are in charge of people? Then this course is a must for you. Find out what your responsibilities are with regards to stress at work, and how to avoid and manage it.
In this course you'll actively apply the HSE directives on stress, and create an 'Infomercial' on how to deal with work related stress. With the economic demands on today's businesses, additional pressure can be heaped onto the shoulders of employees. Find out how to best avoid and alleviate stress, and manage your workforce effectively.
This 2-day workshop is an accredited programme by the ILM. This has several benefits to you: it means the material you're learning has been passed by ILM standards, and provides a mechanism to underpin what you receive on the courses, which will be easily transferred into practical application. It means that you're part way towards an ILM level 3 qualification (speak to your trainer for more details), and it means that you've decided to learn with an ILM approved and accredited training provider.
